Thinking Styles
There are some common thinking styles that can lead to feelings like stress, anxiety, anger and sadness.
Besides all-or-nothing thinking, there are other thinking styles like:
Noticing the negative - ignoring positive information and being hard on yourself.
Overgeneralising - taking one example to generalise about everything in the future.
