The Next Steps

How did you go with completing the areas of your life that have been affected by loss?

Areas that may have been bothering you can be changed through trying some of the ideas we will present in the next modules.

The program will outline ideas like:

  • Increasing activities that could be enjoyable.

  • Re-evaluating ways to approach upsetting feelings, thoughts, and things you may avoid.

There will be some activities which will help you on your journey. There is no right or wrong way of doing the modules. Pick what works for you and try it out. 

Practicing can really help. We find that people who practice the skills get more out of these programs.
