  • Grief is not a ‘problem’ that you need to try and fix, it is normal. But sometimes we get caught in cycles that can be helpful to re-assess to improve our wellbeing.

  • As you go through the next 6 modules, your diagram may change and different features can be added, taken away or re-written.
