Over the past 3 modules, we’ve discussed: 

  • Understanding that grief is normal.

  • Drawing a diagram of grief and loss.

  • Increasing activities that could be enjoyable and re-considering self-blame.

Welcome to module 4.

 

Today we are going to look at a way to take a different perspective on your thinking using experiments.  

Tip. Remember any time you are finding that doing the program is feeling overwhelming or that you need a break, you can try some of the ideas on the tab ‘Cool Down Activities’ either after doing a module, or during a module before you come back to it again.
