Welcome to module 5.
So far, we’ve discussed:
Understanding that grief is normal.
How to draw a diagram about grief and loss.
Increasing activities that could be enjoyable and re-considering self-blame.
Changing our thinking through experiments.
Today we are going to learn another way to take a different perspective on our thinking.
Tip. Remember any time you are finding that doing the program is feeling overwhelming or that you need a break, you can try some of the ideas on the tab ‘Cool Down Activities’ either after doing a module, or during a module before you come back to it again.
