Introduction
Why do this program?
It can be hard to deal with loss. That’s why we have developed this program. We have some ideas to try that might help with loss, whether it’s recent, or a long time ago.
We recommend you do 2 modules a week over the next 4 weeks. The reason we suggest 2 modules a week is that the more people practice the skills we outline, generally the better they feel.
Sometimes it can feel like a hassle to do a program like this… maybe you’re not sure if you want to do it.
Most young people feel a lot better at the end of these kinds of programs, but it is okay if you don't. Not every program will work for every person, but you may learn something new. We suggest you keep an open mind and give it a go - just see what you think.
